The story takes place in the fictional metropolis of “Los Corales”. A mix between
Caracas and Los Angeles. The current mayor of the city –a superhero and public figure going
by the name of Super Bigote– is running a second time for president with an election coming up
soon. However, the country is in financial crisis, with food shortages, recurrent power outages
and most media outlets mysteriously disappearing one after the other over the past few months.
